Yep Power monster dot net is one of the best if not the best directadmin hosts out there.
Although I have only used a few direct admin hosts. I had one that the support staff was rude and other ones that I tried just died on me.

I a huge fan of DA. I've been hosting my sites using nothing by DA for about the last 6 or 7 years. I've never looked back to cPanel or Plesk.

I prefer DirectAdmin over cPanel.
I find cPanel too bloated for my tastes, personally.

100% agree and DA doesn't take over the server like cPanel. cPanel intertwines itself with all aspects of the server kind of like a cancer.

Ya, one 'glitch' in cPanel's software and you suddenly have a larger probably that you may not notice.

Yep and since you can pretty much administer a cPanel server without ever touching SSH, if something fails in WHM, you may not have the experience to fix it because you've never actually had to login to the command line.
